EvershineCPA at 1992 was founded by Dale Chen with both CPA and strong IT Background.
Although Dale Chen have been a Certified Public Accountant since 1992, his professional background also includes over 40 years in information technology.
He began working as an IT professional in 1982, including service in the IT department of Tatung Company, a major Taiwan-listed corporation.
This dual background in CPA practice and IT system design is fundamental to our current business model.

Leveraging this combination, we successfully designed our own proprietary ERP system template in 2002.
Since then, we have continuously customized and enhanced this ERP system for individual clients based on their operational and regulatory needs.

EvershineCPA Business Model as below:
(1)We provide our proprietary ERP platform to our clients’ internal teams for:
-data entry
-review and approval workflows
-query and audit trails
-generation of financial and management reports
(2)Our Evershine professionals deliver:
-system implementation services
-onboarding and training
-ongoing operational support to ensure proper use of the ERP system
(3)For statutory or regulated services that legally require local licenses (e.g. statutory audit, tax filings, or regulated filings), we engage and coordinate licensed local professionals in the relevant jurisdiction.

From a structural perspective, our model can be described as a highly closed and controlled SaaS-like service.
While it shares similarities with Software-as-a-Service, it is not an open commercial SaaS product, as:
-the system is proprietary,
-access is limited to our clients and internal teams,
-and services are bundled with professional implementation and compliance support.

Until 2025/01/15, we are serving over 1,200 clients across 25 countries, which further reflects the operational and scalable nature of this model.
